What documents are required to open an account?

Having registered in Client-service system as a physical person and opened a real account You should send us the copies of Your ID with photo (driving license, civil or national passport) and confirmation of address (utility bill or bank statement). As to legal persons we need a certificate of good standing or certificate of incorporation of the company and the copies of official representative`s ID with photo (driving license, civil or foreign passport) and confirmation of address (utility bill or bank statement).

What kind of payments does the Client make when opening an account, depositing or withdrawing funds?

While carrying out financial operations of any type (account opening, depositing/withdrawing funds), the Company does not deduct any additional commission. Client only pays for the bank or electronic payment system commission for transferring funds to the Company's requisites.

I have lost the password to my real account how may I restore it?

You may change the password to Your trading account through the internal postal service of Client-service system. For this you should send us the following message:

"Because of loss of password to the trading account [Your login] I ask You to set up the following password: [desirable password]"

The password to the trading account should contain the latin capital and small letters and characters and have the lengh of 5 symbols as minimum.
